Item description
We are a successful, industry recognised, results driven performing arts training centre and an authorised examination centre for Trinity College, London and LAMDA.
Durban Actors Studio offers a weekly acting class for adults on Friday afternoons from 16:30 to 18:00, for anyone aged 18+. This class is perfect for anyone who wishes to embark on a long-term, consistent training path which can be tailored more to their individual needs and progress rates. A terms commitment is required for enrollment in the Durban Actors Studio Weekly Acting Class. This class does not replace the workshops, which are focused on developing specific skills sets, but rather complement your training and development as a performer in an ongoing manner.
In the weekly Studio Acting Class, students enjoy the more individual attention typical of a regular acting class. You will receive the rigorous training required to develop as a well-rounded actor; through voice, movement and acting exercises, monologue and scene work and improvisation. You will be challenged and extended as an actor, in order to continually grow your skill-set and range.
