Opinex Contact Centre is a growing company based in Chatsworth, Durban. We are offering vibrant and goal driven individuals the opportunity to master their sales skills and further their professional development.
Your role will entail cold calling prospective clients to sell our products and generate leads to grow the business.
We offer a salary package of R4000 with an UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure + Generous Weekly Incentives.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 3-6 months Call Centre sales experience with outbound cold calling (Preferred)
· Debt Review sales experience (Advantageous)
· Motivated, enthusiastic and financial driven
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer literate (Advantageous)
Responsibilities:
Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every customer
Maintain high ethical standards in all daily activities
Understand all products and services available to the customer
Understand and know how to work with a variety of customer demographics and profiles
Foster open communication through active listening
Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively
Respect other employees
