We are not a sport style of martial art, as we believe that this promotes ego building, and that physical violence can resolve every day issues. KOKUSAI not only will improve general fitness, the practitioner will also show vast improvements in hand-eye/foot-eye co-ordination, better general awareness, greater capibilities of balance, and abilities of falling currectly.
