we have a room in our 3 bedroomed house we are renting out weekly, room is furnished with bed, table, internet\movie computer, linen and towels, toilet paper and soap provided, use of kitchen with all utensils, washing machine, fridge welcome. lounge to share, intertainment area, bar, pets welcome. Room has a lovely view.
R700 a week for a single. or R3000 a month.
everything included.
we require a R200 key deposit only.
if you want to stay less then a week, we still charge the same amount for the week.
the house is clean and maintained with safe parking behind locked gates, cctv, and alarm and security company.
