Hello
I am a 30 year old black female looking for a fully furnished bedroom to rent. I will be coming to Durban for the month of April from the 4th April to the 26th April.
I can not afford to stay in a hotel for a month as that is too expensive and I am struggling to find an agent/landlord that will host me for less than 3 months.
Anyone with a extra room in thier apartment or home, fully furnished close proximity to CBD, easy access to public transport and very safe.
Preferably a place with a male in the house for safety reasons (if only female then it's not a deal breaker)
Should be a non- smoking house.
I can pay rent but am not looking to pay a deposit.
Only decent safe areas, not in central CBD and not in the townships.
Please reply with pictures of the room I will be renting, sitting area and kitchen.
Please reply with expected rent rates.
