An established company is seeking an ideal receptionist that will represent the first point of contact for the company.
Working Hours- Monday- Friday
Location- Morningside, Durban
Salary- R3 000- R5 000 negotiable
Requirements
•Solid communication skills in English and Zulu both written and verbal.
•Extremely Trustworthy with respect for confidentiality and discretion.
•Basic Computer knowledge (proficient with Microsoft Office Suite)
•Well groomed (professional appetence), courteous and maintains a professional demeanour at all times.
•Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
•Dependable.
Responsibilities
•Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
•Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information where needed.
•Monitor Logbook, issue visitor badges.
•Update appointment calendar and schedule meetings/ appointment.
•Keeping reception area tidy
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
