we are seeking a customer service-driven individual to contribute to the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and listening skills, strong computer proficiency, the ability to think quickly and problem-solve, and strong multitasking abilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Promptly and enthusiastically answer all incoming calls.
Handle warehouse-related inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate and up-to-date quotes to all callers and clients in a timely manner.
Ensure prompt feedback is given to clients and callers upon receiving a query.
Accurately receive and relay information to customers at all times.
Greet and assist visitors at reception with warmth and professionalism.
Print waybills and labels for customers as needed.
Ensure all incoming calls are directed to the appropriate department.
Place outgoing calls as required.
Support the sales and marketing department with queries as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 / Matric Qualification non-negotiable.
1 - 2 years Call Center / Customer Services experience
