We are a labour law firm based in Morningside, Durban. We have a position open for a receptionist to start immediately. Qualities:
Confident, cheerful and responsible
Professional in communication, appearance and behaviour
Fluent in spoken and written English
Must show initiative
Skills and experience:
Min 1-year reception experience
Excellent communication skills
Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel competent
Grade 12 minimum
Duties & responsibilities
Operate switchboard – answer/ transfer calls
Take messages and relay to relevant personnel
Meet/ greet clients, fill in visitors log and seat clients in boardroom
Maintaining and ordering of stationary stock
Scheduling of appointments
responding to emails
quotations, invoices
Assist with general administrative tasks (typing, filing, drafting documents)
Ad hoc duties
Starting Salary will be re-evaluated after 3 months of work. Please send a complete CV and contact details.
