I offer my services as mystery shopper to assess the customer orientation in a practical way against a reasonable price.
My name is Paul Sennema, I am 44 years old. I have much experience in customer services after having worked more than 10 years in various jobs wherein contact with customer was the main thing. During these years I have developed my vision on how contact with the customers should be. As mystery shopper I have booked great results in improving the customerexperience of several companies.
