2)Car Track – Monitoring, speeding, deviations, unauthorized stops
3)Fleet Maintenance Report
4)Assisting all area co-ordinators and depot manager with updating of trip sheets, stock and required materials such as cooler boxes and thermometers
5)Liaise with Westwood Insurance Brokers regarding third party claims, addition of new vehicles and removing of disposed vehicles.
6)Vehicle Checklists – follow up on vehicle repairs and maintenance
7)Vehicle Licensing – follow up before expiry date
