Property letting company seeks experienced person to take up credit controlling position .
Key performance areas:-
Complete management of credit control functions .
Regular Correspondence with tenants telephonically, email follow ups & personal visits
Timeous collection of all rentals due & payable
Reporting to management & Presenting cash flow reports on weekly & monthly basis .
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Essential - Working knowledge of MS office suite
Word & Excel
Good command of English , written & spoken
The company offers basic salary plus incentive bonus
