1st CALL GROUP is seeking an experienced Call Centre Trainer to join our dynamic Learning and Development Department.
Have you been a call centre classroom trainer/facilitator for over a year?
Do you have training/coaching/development experience within a call centre environment?
Are you willing to work flexible hours as we run both international and local campaign shifts?
Proven track record and references are required.
We are looking for a Confident, dynamic and vibrant personality that enjoys sales, training, development and education. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills is an asset.
