Item description

The Quality Assurance candidate is to ensure call quality, adherences to sales conduct and provide feedback to enhance performance of the sales agents.

General Description:
-Monitoring of sales/non-sales calls
-Ensuring agents comply with sales procedures / Coaching and development of sales agents
-Risk management in terms of miss-selling and possible claims against the company
-To eliminate cancellations and returns by providing feedback to agents

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Min 6 months QA experience
-Call audits on various campaigns
- Computer literate
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Dedicated worker with good time management and patience
- Administrative abilities
- Excellent listening Skills and ability to communicate in writing
- Attention to detail
- Target and results driven /Decision making skills, analytical skills
