Advantages of using a prepaid meter:
The meters are installed by qualified electricians by the distribution board and are robust and tamper proof. It is the property of the land lord and can be removed at any time.
1) We install a prepaid meter by your distribution board
2) Between the 1st and last day of each month the tenant buys tokens from prepaidmetersKZN, Checkers , Pick and pay or any easy pay outlet.
3) On the last day of each month all the tokens are added up and paid to the Land lord in full by the 7th of the month
4) The landlord then takes that money and pays the municipal bill
5) If the meter gets tampered with then the tenant must pay for the reconnection and we will inform the landlord at the same time.
6) Breakages and theft of the meter must be covered by the landlords insurance.
7) No hassle to land lord over cards
8) One year guarantee on meter and life time guarantee on workmanship
