Job Purpose: To grow the portfolio by identifying and fulfilling Small Business Client needs and providing consistent excellent service thereby ensuring client satisfaction. To ensure the retention, expansion and cross sell of Small Business Clients.
KPAs:
•Sales
•Administration within the Portfolio
•Client Services
Requirements:
•Matric plus appropriate professional qualification / NQF level 5
•3 years retail banking experience
•Preferred – exposure to Small Business clients
•Preferably valid drivers license and vehicle
