Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for inbound and Outbound calls, responding to customer's emails

· Responding efficiently and effectively to clients

· Promoting and selling of: new contracts/upgrades/accessories/fibre/insurance

Requirements:

· Good communication skills

· Goal orientated

· Self-motivated

· Proven sales track record in a highly customer service orientated environment

· Understanding and knowledge of being in the Cellular industry

Minimum 2-year call center sales experience
Cellular Industry experience
