Please note that we don't receive deliveries on behalf.
We have have a maximum vehicle mass of 3 tonnes allowed inside.

-Unit 84 (ground floor) which is 22m² in size and is at a rental of

R2,310.00 per month. ( Available now)


- Unit 149 which is 18m² in size and is at a rental of

R1,800.00 per month. ( Available now)


- Unit 27 which is 17m² in size and is at a rental of

R1,700.00 per month. ( Available now)


- Unit 56 which is 22m² in size and is at a rental of

R2,200.00 per month. ( Available now)



Below is available future dates:

- Unit 118 which is 23m² in size and is at a rental of

R2,400.00 per month. ( Available from 01-07-21)


The leases are month to month, and 1 calendar months’ notice is require

for move out.

We require all Supporting documents before moving in as per FICA:
• Proof of Identification (ID document / Driver’s license / Passport);
• Proof of residential address (Utility Bill less than 3 months’ old);
• Proof of bank account (A bank statement or cancelled cheque);
• CK Documents for businesses only

All payments are to be made via EFT. Alternatively, kindly find attached
debit order form, as rental payments are to be made preferably via debit
order to avoid extra charges for late payments.
• Deposit (equal to 1 months’ rent), first month’s rental and payment
made upfront before taking occupancy.
• These units are self-storage so please ensure that you have a lock for
each unit.

Kindly be advised that there is 24 hour security on site and you will
have access to the unit 7 days a week. I am on-site from 8.00am to
16:30pm from Monday to Friday. Tenants are to insure their own goods
stored inside the units, it is recommended that stored items are placed
on palettes to avoid storm water damage.


Once the attached application form, is completed and we have the
required documents; we will start the process of administrating your
tenancy at Storage Unlimited.
