My mission is to unleash the economic power that lies within Croatia as a country. I aim to bridge the investment community and the hidden income producing real estate opportunities in hospitality , agriculture, wildlife, Eco-estates and historical value real estate.
Coming from the art, tourism, hospitality, veterinary and management background (16 years hands on management), I have gained wide, valuable knowledge and insight into various business spheres. I have a passion for learning and improving myself on a daily basis.
As a director of Invest in Property Croatia I have gained a clear insight in the current real estate situation in Croatia.
We currently concentrate on:
1. AGRICULTURE: agricultural land (crops, wine, olive production etc.). Farms (cattle, dairy, pigs etc.), food & wine industry. The investments vary from JV with the local farmers, start-ups, farm management ventures (share farming) etc. VC, farm management enterprises and farmers are welcomed. The Croatian market is under supplied and the opportunities abound. We have agents that are well connected and experienced in the field and we strive to learn more every day in order to better assist our clients.
2. HOSPITALITY: Croatia is a well known holiday destination in the world but apart from the already well developed tourism & hospitality sectors, there are many opportunities to branch out into undeveloped and equally lucrative hospitality/tourism sectors. Our invaluable knowledge in this field allows our clients to tap into undiscovered markets under our guidance.
3. HISTORICAL REAL ESTATE We concentrate on historical villas, stone country villas, castles and any other similar type of real estate that is suitable for hospitality/venue purposes.
4.ECO/WINE ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

Besides sourcing suitable real estate and assisting our clients in the process, we also offer architectural and real estate management, valuation, renovations & immigration advice
