A basic salary of R7500 (cost to company) plus commission and benefits including Medical Aid, Pension and Provident Fund is offered.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls in order to market products
Sell a wide variety of products to a wide range of clients
Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince client’s to accept product
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets
Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
Ability to handle telephonic complaints and conflict
Attention to detail
Maintain and develop professional selling skills
Requirements:
Grade 12/ Matric
FAIS compliant - 60 Credits
RE1 Certification (dependent on date of 1st registration)- will allow candidates without RE provided they are within the stipulated period from FSB registration.
1-3 years experience in a telesales environment
Clear Criminal and Credit Record
Own or Reliable Transport
Background in Motor Trade would be an advantage
